1May I Return Equipment?
If you decide to return your phone, you can do so as long as it's within 14 days of receipt of the phone and less than 10 minutes of airtime used. All returns will be processed promptly. All activation fees, plans, features and shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the phone minus a $15 per phone restocking fee. You must contact Customer Service to receive an RMA number before returning your phone. Returning a phone without an RMA number will significantly delay the return process. If you receive a defective phone, you may send it back for repair or replacement. If a replacement phone is sent, it must be the same make and model.
2How long will it take to receive my equipment?
Equipment is sent via UPS Ground and is generally received within five to ten business days. If you do not receive your phone within the designated delivery time, please contact customer service for a tracking number. In the event of a partial shipment, we will contact you regarding delivery and timing
